Mardi Gras

March 8, 2011 was Mardi Gras. We celebrated by having muffaletta's, jambalaya, and king cake made from cinnamon rolls. I try to have fun 'theme centered' meals every once in a while. I wish I was better at doing things like this because Emma sure does like them. :) She enjoyed this king cake so much and asks often to have it again. So..this was our fun way to celebrate Mardi Gras! :)
